Verdict:

Many users complained of the smell and the greasy feeling, but no one argued the fact that it smooths and softens your skin. And you can't beat the price. It is by far, less expensive than the other stretch mark creams.

It seems to best be used before stretch marks appear as to prevent them. Once they appear, it will probably take something a little stronger to get rid of them.
